“Stunning home, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with large rooms that provided ample space for our family to relax and unwind. The outdoor area with large deck, many comfortable seating options, and private pool was equally impressive and well utilized by all. Alice and Rod were exceptional hosts, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, making us feel like we were staying with friends rather than renting a property. Highly recommend! “This was a quaint property in a great area. Beach was close by as well as IOP Marina. Plenty of space for us to park two cars and boat trailer.”

Enjoy our Southern Hospitality in this “Isle of Palms original” that will take you back to the days before Hurricane Hugo. Originally built in 1968, it is a wonderful example of what a simpler life was like on the island back before tourism, Hurricane Hugo, and the IOP Connector. This lovely home has undergone numerous updates and additions over the years and will be a great spot for R&R! Set on a large .35 acre lot just four easy blocks to the ocean and one block from the IOP Rec Dept playground and park. This house is perfect for families.

“What a beautiful and well appointed home located a short, easy walk to the beach! We loved staying here with our family of 5. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and cleanliness make this such a stunning house! The backyard pool area with hot & cold shower is so tranquil and nice. The kids lived in the pool :) The back porch was a great morning coffee spot. All the rooms and beds are so comfortable with nice TV setups for afternoon naps or rainy day rest. Loved watching a family movie on the large living room TV with sound bar setup. And everything you need is already in the gorgeous kitchen. The walk to the beautiful beach was short and easy on quiet streets with 2 different access points close by. The house comes stocked with beach toys, chairs, wagons, and plenty of towels. All we had to do was show up and relax! Such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for having us.”
