An Update from Hyatt Place Jackson/West Tennessee

We want to share an important update with our guests and community. Unfortunately, Vicari Italian Grill has made the decision to close.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

While one chapter closes, we’re already preparing for what’s next. 💙 Coming soon, Hyatt Place Jackson/West Tennessee will begin offering food service through The Placery, conveniently located inside the hotel.

The Placery will offer guests and our local community a selection of delicious, convenient dining options in the welcoming atmosphere you’ve come to expect from Hyatt Place.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition, and we’re excited to share more details, including menu offerings and hours, very soon.

Thank you for continuing to support Hyatt Place Jackson/West Tennessee. We look forward to serving you at The Placery!

🧹✨ Happy International Housekeeping Week! ✨🧹

This week, we’re celebrating the incredible Housekeeping Team at Hyatt Place Jackson/West Tennessee! 💙

They are the heart behind so many of the little details our guests experience every day: the freshly made beds, spotless rooms, fluffy towels, welcoming spaces, and all those finishing touches that make a hotel room feel like a place to truly relax.

Their work often happens behind the scenes, but the difference they make is seen and felt throughout our entire hotel.

To our amazing housekeeping team: THANK YOU for your hard work, attention to detail, dedication, and the pride you take in caring for our guests and our property. We appreciate you more than you know!

Help us celebrate our Housekeeping Team this week by leaving them a little love in the comments! 💙👏

At Hyatt Place Jackson, hospitality is about more than providing a comfortable stay. It's about helping create a safe place for every guest.

During Tennessee Human Trafficking Awareness Week (July 27 to August 2), we're proud to recognize Hyatt's commitment to combating human trafficking through mandatory training that equips team members to recognize warning signs, respond appropriately, and help protect those who may be vulnerable.

The Red Sand Project is a powerful reminder that too many people fall through the cracks in our communities. By staying informed, speaking up, and remaining vigilant, each of us can help make a difference.

Together, we can raise awareness, support survivors, and work toward a future where every person is seen, valued, and safe.
