Whether you're craving brunch/lunch or accidentally missed our complimentary breakfast, Cafe Genevieve is a personal favorite restaurant I would not miss out on. Located in a historic cabin near downtown Jackson, you'll find delicious menu full of seasonal local dishes. They are best known for their candied bacon, "pig candy"! My personal favorite breakfast/brunch dish is their Chorizo Scramble, add avocado. Don't worry, they've got cocktails there to make it the perfect brunch location! If you're here in Jackson Hole on September 20th, you might want to check out Snow King's Oktoberfest! Starting at 2PM and ending around 7PM, head to the top of Snow King for all the fun! There will be live music, seasonal food, and selection of local and regional craft breweries to try! Head over to the Snow King Gondola, about a mile away from the Rockwell Inn. If you don't have a car, Jackson has a free taxi system called Start On Demand that will take you right to Snow King Mountain. Just download the app and you'll be on your way to the festivities!

The Grand Teton area is home to over 300 bird species, sometimes those birds need a little help. You can check out Jackson Hole's Teton Raptor Center, to learn about their amazing work to help rehabilitate different bird species in the area! Created back in 1991 by Roger Smith and Margaret Creel, field biologists working in Grand Teton National Park, for the integral raptor population we have here in Teton County! They host many events where you can meet some of the raptors and education events to learn about the amazing wildlife. Teton Raptor Center is in Wilson, WY, it's a 16-minute drive from the Rockwell Inn. Check out the website to see the upcoming programs they've got going on!
