Hello! It's been a minute. Time to reintroduce ourselves.
We're two families, the DaCostas and the Kristoffs, with eight kids between us and a growing vacation rental company, Nomad Hospitality.

Nomad Hospitality started in 2019 with one rental. Carly and Jered were investors first, buying properties to renovate and run themselves. Josh and Kass joined in 2021, just as the work was getting started on building the operations and multiple renovations underway.

I'm the beginning we did everything: midnight guest calls, unboxing furniture, even crawling through attics to fix air ducts. 😏 Every problem taught us something new, and each fix became part of how we run Nomad Hospitality today.

Today, we manage 81 properties, and partner with an amazing team that helps with all of the operations, design, and setup.
