For us, setting up a vacation rental isn't just about filling a house with furniture. We want each space to feel intentional, welcoming, and memorable from the moment a guest walks through the door.

And sometimes, that really does come down to moving a pillow two inches to the left.

More than a year ago, this was an empty piece of ground.

Since then, we've watched four townhomes take shape from the foundation up, making the design decisions, choosing every finish and fixture, hanging chandeliers, walking construction sites, learning a lot along the way, and navigating a real estate market that looked very different by the time we finished than when we started.

It's been a long road. And one that has required a whole lot of patience.

But this week, we got to celebrate a pretty big milestone: we officially closed on the first townhome. 🥂

This project is part of the investment and development side of our business, so it isn't something we share as often here. But it's a big part of our story, and a big part of how we ended up doing what we do at Nomad today.

From an empty lot → to this.
One down. Three to go.

And yes...the other three are officially looking for their owners. 😉
