The Monterey is officially open! Wednesday - Saturday 5:00 - 9:00 pm.

Full menu, full bar, Chef Paul in the kitchen doing exactly what he said he'd do. Prime rib carved thick. Oysters shucked to order. A ribeye that's going to start arguments at the table.
