The Rachel. Roast turkey and Swiss on a telera roll, toasted until the cheese does what cheese is supposed to do. Russian dressing. House coleslaw. That is the whole list.

Wine tasting. Dinner reservations. Maybe a hike before it gets too warm.

Then the the McCully magic happens.
One glass turns into two. Someone opens a book. The garden starts doing what gardens do in late spring and suddenly the day looks different than it did that morning.

Breakfast at the inn. A slow walk through town. Maybe a tasting room around noon. Maybe another one after that.
