🍑 5-Minute Peach Cobbler Mug

Ingredients

1 fresh peach, diced (or ½ cup canned peaches, drained)
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons yellow cake mix (or pancake mix if that's all you have)
1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
Dash of cinnamon
Scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional, but highly recommended!)

Directions

1. Place the diced peaches and butter in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Microwave for 45–60 seconds until the peaches begin to soften.
3. Sprinkle the cake mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon over the peaches.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of water and gently stir just enough to moisten the mix.
5. Microwave for another 60–90 seconds until the topping is set.
6. Let cool for 1–2 minutes, then top with vanilla ice cream if available.
