The Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel is looking for a full and part time Front Desk agent. We are looking for candidates that are outgoing and looking to excel in the customer service industry.
Job duties consist of but not limited too:
-Answering all phone calls
-Guest check-ins/check outs
-Completing reservations and excelling in sales revenue
-Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service
-Handle customer complaints with resolution
-Daily check list duties
Shifts 3p-11p and must be available to work some weekends.
Hotel experience not required.
