We're open!
The garden is all re-done and planted. Now we're just waiting for God to do His thing! The flowers look great. The fountains are tinkling. Now all we need are guests! (Actually, our first repeat guests are booked in for late June!! Can't wait to host them!) Call or email to reserve your rooms.

What a wonderful summer we've had so far. First we installed our Jesus statue with many friends from our Parish, then Fr. Steve Olson (who we met at the New Evangelization Summit in Ottawa) stayed with us a couple of days on his way back from Florida for his 2nd year of Canon Law studies in Ottawa.
Next it was two of our favorite Sisters of St.Joseph, Sr. Jean Catherine Welch and Sr. Mary Anne Bookman, from Rochester (their 3rd or is it 4th visit?). Then 4 hungry seminarians and a priest from the Archdiocese of Boston spent an all too short couple of days on their way back from Creighton University (Fr. Americo Santos, Dan Zinger, Fernando Ayala, James Buttner, and Jon Hawkins). Most recently, Fr. Steve Olson came back bringing Sr. Janette Murphy to rest for a couple days as they toured different shrines in Ontario and upstate NY.
We have room for YOU - all you need to do is call and let us know when you want to visit!

Sr. Jeanette Murphy (all the way from Tasmania, Australia!) stayed with us for a couple of days and was game enough to come with me to Bell Choir practice where she filled in for a vacationing ringer. She is studying Canon Law in Ottawa, Canada and accompanied Fr. Steve Olson (Florida) (a repeat visitor!!!) who is also a Canon Law student.

Come to “HIS House on the Hill”
Do you need to get away to rest, relax, rejuvenate, recharge? Come to “HIS House on the Hill”, a beautiful home with four guest bedrooms on more than 60 scenic acres in the middle of Amish country just north of the Pennsylvania border (town of Jasper). Jim and Kacey have been blessed to retire and they’re opening their home as a retreat/vacation home for PRIESTS, RELIGIOUS AND OTHER SERVANTS OF GOD. There is no cost to stay with them. Eat with them (or take over their kitchen!) Have fun! You can swim, fish or canoe or paddleboat on their pond or you can hike the property. Visit with the goats and alpacas. Too strenuous? How about sitting down with a good book on the front deck, back porch or in front of the fireplace, or try your hand at capturing the amazing view from the front deck on canvas.
