Today’s breakfast from The Lodge. Veggie Hash with sunny side egg, blueberry muffin, yogurt parfait with homemade Mixed Berry Compote and bacon. This southwest inspired veggie hash was packed with Idaho potato, sweet potato, onion, zucchini, red, orange, and poblano peppers and black beans. Seasoned with Kinder's Flavors Woodfired Chili seasoning, it’s not just for dinner!

We had vegan guests this morning so their breakfast was easy to accommodate without the egg! We always do our best to honor dietary restrictions.

We’re excited to announce our Seasonal Recipe Booklets, “Not Just Breakfast at The Lodge” Autumn Edition 2026 is coming soon! Instead of a large cookbook, we will be releasing FOUR seasonal Recipe Booklets.

These will be available to purchase in physical and digital download versions. Gift sets with ramekins will also be available, just in time for the holidays.

Introducing our newest breakfast creation, our version of the Monte Cristo. A traditional monte Cristo sandwich combines savory deli meats and melted cheese inside a buttery, flaky croissant, finished with a classic dusting of powdered sugar and sweet raspberry jam.

Our version combines Jones Dairy Farm Canadian bacon, Swiss Gruyère cheese, buttery flakey croissants, egg and cream to make this delicious, soufflé like casserole.

🍷❤️ It’s almost that time of year again, and we couldn’t be more excited!

Looking back at these photos from our very first Dinner & W**e for a Cause at BentTree Lodge brings back so many wonderful memories. What started as a special evening of good food, great w**e, and even better company has become a tradition that means so much to us.

The best part is knowing that every ticket purchased helps support ACES Youth Home, an incredible local nonprofit providing a safe and loving home for displaced youth right here in our community. ❤️

Our tickets are officially available for this year’s dinner, and we would absolutely love for you to join us! There’s something special about bringing people together around the table, sharing a meal, enjoying some w**e, and knowing we’re making a difference along the way.

We hope to see some familiar faces and welcome a few new ones this year!

Fall at the Lodge means we celebrate North Georgia Apple Season! Annually, the 2nd and 3rd weekend in October is Apple Festival in the neighboring community of Ellijay. Our guest suites for October book out months or even a year in advance!

Today’s breakfast, Carmalized Apple French Toast! The secret ingredient? Bourbon!
When cooking with bourbon, my secret is to cook with the cheaper stuff. Tip: When selecting bourbon, look for the darker color, it means a richer flavor! This Jim Beam Bourbon is a perfect! I don’t like keeping the big jug on the counter, so I refill the smaller K**b Creek bottle.
