Big tent. Big job. 💪🎪

We just finished setting up our biggest tent yet, a 40x120 tent for a Tent Revival in Church Hill!

This one definitely tested us a little 😂 but after a lot of work, teamwork, and probably a few “what did we get ourselves into?” moments… we got it up!

Pretty cool to look back and see how far we’ve come. We’re always up for a challenge, and this one was definitely a memorable one!

We’re getting things ready for this weekend’s Jeep Invasion in Pigeon Forge, TN! 🇺🇸🛻

We recently put up this 30x60 tent with 10-foot legs for American Soundbar, and they’re all set up and ready for the weekend!

This morning we got one of those calls… 😳

“Hey! I know this is SUPER last minute, but do you have a tent available for today?”

Luckily, we did! 🙌 So one of our crews threw everything together, loaded up, and less than 2 hours later the tent was delivered and set up.

And honestly… when you get to set up at a place this pretty, it makes the last-minute scramble worth it! 😍

We really do try our best to accommodate our customers whenever we can. Sometimes the plans are made weeks in advance… and sometimes it’s more like “Oh no, we need a tent!” 😂

Either way, give us a call. We’ll always do our best to make it happen! ❤️

We've added patio umbrellas to our rental inventory! They're a great option if you need a little extra shade for weddings, backyard parties, vendor events, or any outdoor gathering. Sometimes it's the little things that make guests a lot more comfortable. ☀️

We can't say for sure... but we're pretty convinced our tents were the real celebrities at the Grainger County Tomato Festival. 😂⛺

Congressman Tim Burchett and WVLT's Kyle Grainger just happened to stop and take a picture in front of one of our tents. Then WATE's Lori Tucker and Bo Williams just happened to film a segment underneath another one.

Coincidence? We think not. 😏

Looks like our tents are becoming East Tennessee's hottest photo and video spots! Thanks to the Grainger County Tomato Festival for letting us be a small part of such an awesome event. 🍅❤️

It's been a busy week for us at Volunteer Tents & Events!

In just two days, our crew set up 15 tents, hundreds of tables and chairs, and pipe & drape to help get everything ready for the Grainger County Tomato Festival and Access-Life . Today, we're adding one more tent for a beautiful wedding, and then it'll finally be time to catch our breath... at least until teardown starts next week! 😅🎪

Access Life holds a very special place in our hearts. As parents and grandparents of a child with autism, we've attended this event for many years. Being able to help set it up now is something we're truly honored to do.

We know how much events like this mean to the special needs community and the families who attend. We're incredibly thankful for ministries like Access Life that create a place where everyone feels welcomed, included, and celebrated.

Thank you to everyone who trusted us to be a small part of making these events happen. We appreciate every opportunity to serve our community and can't wait to do it all again!

Today we celebrate 250 years of freedom, the people who have served and sacrificed for our country, and how proud we are to be Americans. We hope your day is filled with family, friends, great memories, and plenty of fireworks.

Our youngest boss wasn't about to let a princess dress and high heels get in the way of getting the job done.

Around here, we believe in working hard... even if you're only 4 years old and your paycheck is paid in snacks. 😅
