Thank you to everyone who joined us Saturday for our first Pig Roast!

What a day.

We couldn’t have asked for better weather, better music, or better company. We sold out of tickets, served more than 80 plates, and The Simple Beggars kept the music going for more than five hours straight! The farm was full of laughter, dancing, good food, familiar faces, and so many new ones!
But honestly, the numbers aren’t what we’ll remember most.

We’ll remember seeing people gathered around picnic tables, sitting in the grass, listening to music, sharing a meal, and enjoying the farm together. We’ll remember the conversations, the smiles, the dancing, and the feeling of having our farm full of people who appreciate what we’re trying to build here.

We raised that pig right here on the farm, shared its harvest around the table, and celebrated the land, the animals, the food, and the people who make this all possible.

This is what farming means to us — good stewardship, good food, and community.

Thank you for showing up, supporting our farm, and helping us celebrate this place we love so much.

Our first Pig Roast was pretty special. We’re already looking forward to the next one.

A beautiful day on the farm for our first Pig Roast! Hearts are full today!

We are so grateful for a great event last night! The weather could not have been more perfect. The pork was cooked to perfection. The music from simplebeggars was too notch! And the community…WOW! They showed up and filled our hearts and the night with smiles, laughter and lots of fun. Thank you 🙏

Wow, this place is incredibly beautiful! If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway this is it. Everything is so thoughtfully put together for an easy camping experience where you can focus on relaxing and connecting with nature. The campsite and tent are so clean and spacious, and we loved that there is a little heater/stove in there for the colder nights. The stars are clearly visible as well. There are also tons of places to hike and so many fun animals to spot both on the farm and in the surrounding areas, we even heard a pack of wolves in the distance at night- so cool!

The camping areas are all pretty tucked away so you have plenty of privacy and Elizabeth kindly leaves the farm store available all night for campers in case you forgot something and don’t want to drive too far out. If you have a 4x4 vehicle I’d bring that to make it easy. The store also has wifi available :)
