What time is it at Family Camp? ⏰🌲

9:00 AM — already an adventure
1:00 PM — poolside fun
6:00 PM — the energy is still going
8:00 PM — ending the day together in worship under the mountain sky ✨

Around here, every hour brings something different—and somehow, every moment becomes a memory. 🤍

Just a little throwback to some of our favorite Family Camp memories. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!

Where do we turn when we need wisdom?

Proverbs 2:6 reminds us that true wisdom begins with God. Through His Word, He invites us to know Him more deeply, seek His truth, and allow His wisdom to shape the way we live.

Scripture is more than words on a page. It is an invitation to listen, to learn, and to grow closer to the One who knows the road ahead.

May we make time to open His Word, seek His wisdom, and carry His truth with us wherever He leads. 📖🤍

There’s just something kinda iconic about Whispering Winds. 🌲✨

The mountain mornings. The people who quickly feel like your people. Getting messy in the Meadow, trying something new, singing around the campfire, and seeing God woven through it all.

Because some of the best days are the ones filled with a little adventure, a lot of laughter, good people, and moments that bring you closer to Him. 🤍

Yeah… we’d say that’s pretty iconic.

Mary’s life was never about seeking her own glory—it was about making room for God.

The Solemnity of the Assumption celebrates our Catholic belief that, at the end of Mary’s earthly life, God brought her, body and soul, into heaven. Her Assumption points us toward the hope God promises to all who belong to Him: resurrection, eternal life, and the fullness of life with Him.

From her first “yes” to God, Mary lived with courage, humility, and trust. Her life reminds us that surrender to God is never wasted and that a life rooted in Him carries a hope that reaches beyond this world.

As Scripture reminds us, “My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord; my spirit rejoices in God my Savior.” — Luke 1:46–47

Today, may we entrust our own lives more fully to God and follow Mary’s example of faithful surrender.

Our Lady of the Assumption, pray for us. 🤍🙏

🌿 Come Tour Camp With Me, Part 5 — The Meadow!

The Meadow may look like a simple wide-open space, but there’s a lot more to it than meets the eye. 🌲

Depending on the day or program, you might find campers playing games, gathering for an activity, spending some quiet time outdoors, or coming together for worship and skits at our new Meadow Stage. It’s also home to our three God Chairs and even has a little Whispering Winds history to tell. 👀

Centrally located in the heart of camp, the Meadow is one of those spaces that can look a little different every time you visit—but that’s part of what makes it so special.

Rejoice. Pray. Give thanks. 🤍

In every season, we are invited to turn our hearts toward God—to recognize His goodness, seek Him in prayer, and live with gratitude for all He has done.

1 Thessalonians 5:16–18 reminds us that a life rooted in Christ is one of continual praise and connection with Him. Whether through worship, prayer, or simply pausing to give thanks, there is always an opportunity to draw closer to His presence.

May our hearts always find a reason to rejoice, our lives remain rooted in prayer, and our gratitude continually point us back to Him. ✨

There are moments when the weight of life feels heavier than we know how to carry.

Jesus never asks us to carry those burdens alone. Instead, He invites us to come to Him just as we are—tired, overwhelmed, uncertain, or worn out—and promises to give us rest.

Whatever you're carrying today, bring it to Him. His peace is greater than your burdens, and His arms are always open.

Come as you are. He'll take care of the rest. 🤍⛰️

Some of the best moments from camp can't be put into words... but these photos come pretty close. 💚🏕️

EDGE was a week of new friendships, unforgettable adventures, contagious laughter, and moments that reminded us God meets us in both the big and the ordinary.

Thank you to every camper, leader, priest, volunteer, and the entire Life Teen team for making this week so meaningful. We're praying that the friendships formed, the courage discovered, and the faith encountered at camp continue to grow long after everyone went home.
