FLOOD WATCH: The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for portions of Idaho and Washington - including the following counties: Latah, Lewis, Nez Perce, Clearwater, Idaho, Asotin and Garfield. The concern is over heavy rains from a system associated with Hurricane Hilary. The Flood Watch is in effect through Tuesday evening. Flood prone basins, burn scars, and urban areas will be most susceptible. There is also a risk for mudslides, debris flows, and runoff issues.
