Beach Villas are the only oceanfront luxury condominiums in Ko Olina. These privately owned Villas are available as a residence or vacation rental.

Beach Villas are a unique property on the island of Oahu. All the condominiums are privately owned, and some choose to rent their Villas to vacation guests in their absence. Here, in this exclusive, gated community, you are secluded from the noise and crowds of Waikiki; enjoying, instead, lush gardens and Koi ponds surrounding an adult lap pool and children's lagoon pool, just steps from the sandy

beach of our private lagoon. Each luxury Villa is fully furnished to include everything needed to make your Ko Olina vacation one to remember. A fully furnished kitchen allows you to prepare meals to enjoy in your dining room or on your private lanai; and "disappearing doors" open to bring the lanai into your living room. Families of all ages can enjoy two or three bedroom apartments, with two or three full baths. A fully equipped fitness center is open to adults and children over 18 years of age, and steam and sauna's are available in both the men's and women's dressing rooms. And, although there is no on-site restaurant, the beach bar is open from 11am-9pm to serve drinks, fruit smoothies, and snacks; and there are several restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The community of Beach Villas at Ko Olina is the perfect place to enjoy the best of what Hawaii has to offer.

And a good time was had by all on Naked Turtle Rum night at the Makai Hale Bar. It was a full house, complete with rum drink specials, white shades give-a-ways, Turtle Girls & Derick, and music by Islander Moon Kahele (like him on FB as Moon Kahele and Friends).

Welcome to the Beach Villas, New Zealand! 16 of them, I believe they said, in three different apartments. I heard something about a 40th, though I can't say whether it was a 40th birthday or 40th wedding anniversary. What I do know for sure is that there's 3 generations of these lovely, lively, happy, friendly folks enjoying all that the Beach Villas has to offer family groups like theirs. There truly is something for everyone here at Beach Villas in Ko Olina.

Palm trees and ocean breeze spell tropical vacation, for sure. But those lovely palm trees need frequent trimming to stay so beautiful. If you happen to be on-property when this happens, it's quite a show. These professionals climb to the top of each and every palm tree with just a harness; then they whack off the branches that need trimming with a machete-looking hatchet and send the rubbish plummeting to their colleges on the ground below, who will hand-cart it all to a waiting truck. It's pretty spectacular, actually. And it's sort of like baking -- not really possible to do without making a bit of a mess. Once they're done, though, the property is again pristine.

The Beach Villas are a wonderful "family heritage" kind of place. Several owners and repeat rental guests enjoyed live music on Friday night by our very own Ruth; topped off with one of our signature Ko'Olina sunsets. Live music is featured at the beach bar on Tuesday and Friday evenings ~ it makes for a fabulous "evening in" at Beach Villas.

Most visitors agree, one of the best things about the Beach Villas is it's private lagoon, which is calm enough for even the toddlers to enjoy.

The Lagoon Pool is a great place for the little ones to make new friends. This group, with the exception of a couple of siblings, are all newly acquainted, and spent hours playing "kitchen" together on one of the "water shelves", which is just ankle deep. Not sure what they were cookin' up, but they had a good time, with all the Mom's getting some relaxation time in nearby lounge chairs.

Beach Villas is a family heritage kind of place. Many of our Beach Villas owners enjoy hosting their families here year after year. Here's Nat & Lorraine with their wonderful family group ~ as well as these visitors, Warren and his lovely bride of 33 years; all enjoying the live music night at the grill.

While there are restaurants and nightlife nearby, Beach Villas is is quiet and peaceful in the evenings ~ with nothing to distract from the sound of the ocean waves, lapping gently at the lagoon shores.

You never know who you'll meet at live music night. Here's Jan Luna with the children of our Croatian guests! It's the family's first time to Hawaii, and to Ko'Olina ~ we are proud to host them at our beautiful Beach Villas Resort.
