As summer is winding down, so are the rentals. We have had some fantastic guests this summer. Our good friends and clients, Frank and Karen Smith, spent a month in Key Colony Beach, Fl Keys. Karen was due for some time off, and she wanted to be someplace tropical and warm to enjoy her sabbatical.
