Ice machine, freezers, grill, smoker, three bedrooms...all you need for a fishing extravaganza. In 1972, Earl and Verna Carter moved to this house on the water in Key West and named it, Last Resort. With 7 children, it was everything they could do to keep them off and out of the water, so they gave in and let the ocean raise them. All the kids are grown up and gone now, but their love of fishing a

nd diving remains. Earl passed on to heaven in 2007, and Verna has moved to Ocala with one of her sons. At 95, nothing makes Mom Carter happier than to see the pictures of people being blessed by the use of the old family home.
