Just a few friends.

That was the theme of the weekend. Last night, it looked a lot more like a few thousand.

The Second Line celebrating Jimmy Buffett stepped off just a short walk from Ocean Key Resort & Spa, winding down Duval before the music and celebration continued at the waterfront.

Perfect weather. Great music. One very enthusiastic crowd.

And a whole lot of Key West celebrating one of its favorite sons.

The kind of night Jimmy gave us so many songs about. The kind you don’t forget.

Tonight, the rain had other plans.

But if you missed the Wheeland Brothers’ impromptu parking garage performance, don’t worry. We’re giving you a second chance.

Tomorrow at 2:30 PM, the Wheeland Brothers are taking the stage at Sunset Pier to make up for tonight’s rainout.

Same band. Same island energy.

Because if Key West taught us anything tonight, it’s that when the weather says no, we simply find another place to play.

See you tomorrow at Sunset Pier.

When the rain crashes the party, you move the party to the parking garage.

Tonight’s show may have gotten rained out, but the music didn’t stop. A huge thank you to the Wheeland Brothers for turning an unexpected change of plans into an impromptu show that made quite a few people’s night.

Sometimes the best nights are the ones you never planned.

Key West, you know how to make the most of a little rain.

Last night, the party took over Duval Street with Just A Few Friends Key West

Just a short walk from Ocean Key Resort & Spa, the Landshark Band had everyone singing, dancing, and celebrating the life and music of Jimmy Buffett. The Parrot Head shirts came out of retirement, the music was loud, and the energy was unmistakably Key West.

And tonight, the party moves to the waterfront.
As the sun drops, Mike Stack followed by the Wheeland Brothers take the stage at Sunset Pier, bringing their signature blend of surf rock, reggae, and acoustic storytelling to one of Key West’s best sunset spots.

Another sunset. Another band. Another excuse to stay out a little longer.

Tonight at Sunset Pier 6:30-9:30pm

Come for the sunset. Stay for the music. And if you happen to stay a little later than planned… well, that’s just Key West.
