COVID-19 Update

We are welcoming guests back beginning June 1, 2020

We can’t begin to thank all of you for your patience and understanding with us during this incredibly difficult and surreal time in the world. While we were closed, we have been diligently cleaning the property from top to bottom, and implementing safety and cleaning procedures that will help protect both our guests and employees. These safety measures will become part of our daily routine going forward to ensure that our rooms and common areas meet the safety & sanitation protocols established by the CDC and The American Hotel & Lodging Association.

By now everyone is aware of the Coronavirus, so your cancellation policy will apply regardless of the Coronavirus. Please be sure of your travel plans. There are no exceptions being made to cancellation polices.

This is a pandemic that is happening around the world. Please have patience with us and those around you. We are one human family and we are going to get through this together.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are currently processing hundreds of cancellations. While we understand the urgency for a refund, please be patient with us. We are processing refunds in the order that they were received. We ask that you please consider taking a Hotel Gift Certificate with no expiration date for a future stay. Email us at [email protected] to get your Gift Certificate.
As you can imagine, shutting down three large properties in a matter of days has been overwhelming and hectic. We are trying to keep the staff from getting sick while honoring the quarantine and social distancing. It has been a huge challenge. We are working through thousands of emails with only 1 employee for all three properties as well as trying to help our staff secure themselves during this trying time.
We can’t begin to thank all of you for your patience and understanding with us during this surreal time in the world. Please bear with us while we get everything straightened out.
