This particular mirror frame was small, square but very ornate. I remember when the photographers of Romantic Homes photographed my collection in my dear friend's garden house in Kansas City. She and her husband designed and built this spectacular sanctuary. A little piece of heaven on earth.

My name is Susan Bishop, founder of Bishop and Company.

My passion for art, antiques, and architectural fragments has played a role in creating a beautiful living space for my family and others. This Airbnb is a direct extension of that same passion. I have filled this home with unique, handmade, and collected pieces that represent everything Bishop and Company has to offer. In essence, "A Soft Place To Fall" is an art project waiting to be experienced by those visiting East Tennessee. Blending the past and the present is warm and inviting for my guests to enjoy a "Home away from home" while being surrounded by custom creations and designs. My goal is not only provide a comfortable, memorable stay for my guests, but to spark inspiration and creativity as well.
