How to actually get 4 families to agree on a Disney trip without losing your mind 🧠👇

After hosting tons of big groups at Macapa Palms, here's what the best trip organizers do:

1️⃣ DON'T ask "when works for everyone?" — Instead, pick 2–3 date ranges and send a poll. Decision made in 24 hours.

2️⃣ Split costs BY FAMILY, not by person. Way less math, way less drama. (Our home sleeps 16–21, so even 3 families splitting it is incredibly affordable per family.)

3️⃣ Pick a home where everyone has their own space. Fighting over rooms = vacation ruined before it starts. (We have 4 king bedrooms for adults + 4 themed kids' rooms — problem solved.)

4️⃣ Assign "meal nights" — each family cooks one dinner in the full kitchen. Saves a fortune and it's actually fun.
