Stayed a few nights

Enjoyed this stay so much! Husband and I brought our teen granddaughter. She was impressed with the room, the kitchen, the pool. Husband loved the movie selection, gated community, and size of the shower. I loved the wildlife, the pool, and peaceful neighborhood. We'll absolutely be returning.

Activities during our stay: Daytona races, Boggy Creek Boat Adventures, antiquing, Cocoa Beach combing, Black Angus steakhouse, Sickies Garage burgers & poutine, birdwatching, swimming, shopping

Stayed with kids

I loved the layout of this house and the host went above and beyond with accommodations. The house had so much extra to offer not in the listing like pool toys, games, throw blankets, extra pillows, a bar of dove soap in all the bathrooms, extra shampoo and hand soap at every sink.

A lot of attention to detail was noted and everything you would need for the kitchen including Tupperware. We got rained out at Disney and were able to open the garage and air out all of our ponchos and stroller. Host was incredibly responsive any time I had the slightest question. Amazing experience.

Stayed over a week
We have had a lovely family holiday at the villa with 3 generations. The villa was super clean and had everything we needed. It was a great location for the Disney parks.
Jeff was an excellent host, always responding super quickly if we had any queries, we hope to return

Always a great stay at Jeff’s. This was our third stay and look forward to booking again. It is better than the pictures and definitely a peaceful location to spend your vacation. Jeff thinks of everything needed for your stay and is by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in Florida. ❤️🌴
