| Cucumber Strawberry Margarita |
+ 1 oz. tuaca liqueur
+ 4 oz. strawberry margarita mix
+ 2 strawberries washed and sliced
+ 3 cucumber slices
+ ice cubes
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
| In a cocktail shaker add Tuaca liqueur, strawberry margarita mix, and ice.Stir mixture with a stirrer stick.Strain mixture into a standard rocks glass.Garnish with slices of ripe strawberry and sliced cucumber, serve. |

| Rosemary Grapefruit Cocktail |
+ 2 oz. gin
+ 3 oz. grapefruit juice
+ 1 oz. rosemary simple syrup
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
| Combine cocktail ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for a few seconds until everything is combined. Strain into ice filled glasses.Garnish with grapefruit wedges and rosemary springs if desired. |

| grapefruit mojito |
+ 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
+ 2 tbsp sugar
+ 20 fresh mint leaves
+ zest & juice of 1/2 grapefruit
+ 4 oz. white rum
+ clubs soda
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
| In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime juice, sugar, mint leaves and grapefruit zest until the mint is bruised and the sugar starts to melt. Add the grapefruit juice and rum. Fill with ice and shake until very cold. Strain into 2 glasses over ice and top off with the club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and grapefruit wedge in each glass. |

For the last 29 years, the Lahaina Arts Society has incorporated into the community an iconic poster contest. Each year an original depiction of Lahaina is chosen to represent the town for that year.

With a true passion for art and color, our Grandmother Barb quickly fell in love with these beautiful works of art. For years to follow she would purchase and frame these pieces and adorn the walls of Hale Kai #220.

Here is a select assortment of what has been collected over the years. We plan to continue this tradition in honor of Grandma Barb and rotate out the prints yearly to honor all the artists who have contributed to this incredible tradition.

One of our favorite beaches within a short drive of Hale Kai is D.T. Fleming Beach. It is a sandy public beach the offers on-duty lifeguards, picnic areas with grills, a playground and restrooms. What is your favorite beach on Maui? We would love to hear from you!
