Buzzing with purpose 🐝

As part of our Four Seasons for Good initiative, we have on-site beehives tucked away near the golf course, surrounded by nectar plants native to Central Florida which help sustain a healthy and growing bee population.

The honey they produce is thoughtfully incorporated throughout the Resort in select desserts, cocktails, and breakfast dishes. Recently, we welcomed our summer campers to explore the important role bees play in supporting our ecosystem. Guests can experience it all during our weekly Wildlife Exploration Tour, and enjoy the flavors of this initiative in our honey-infused offerings.

A sweet honor!

Congratulations to our Executive Pastry Chef Rabii Saber on his appointment as a Tasting Jury member for the Americas Selection of the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie "Pastry World Cup." This honor reflects his refined artistry and dedication to pastry.

Chef Rabii will take part in judging eight international teams competing in New Orleans on July 25 for the top honors in chocolate, sugar and ice cream. Join us in congratulating him on this well-deserved achievement!
