Sometimes Mother Nature has different plans for the wedding day. We worked late into the night to set a reception area for this couple in Georgia. The set up ended up looking different than the original plan but it will be a drier plan. We have sides available to protect guests, food, and the dance floor from wet weather. The two tents provided a 40x40 covered area to celebrate and dance the night away.

Thursday Set Up to accommodate wedding a rehearsal. All of our 20x40 tents were rented for the weekend but we placed two 20x20 tents together to cover the same area as the larger tents. Our tents fit perfectly together to create one covered area of up to 40x60.

We can place tents, tables, chairs, or dance floors in any configuration to meet your needs and wants. This sweet couple wanted to celebrate their marriage with a reception in the backyard of their home. Lights installed on the tents set the right mood for dancing, food, and fun. Our sound system with Bluetooth connection allowed them the freedom to play all their favorites right from their IPAD.
