Join us 6 days a week for lunch, brunch, dinner, cocktails, and Saturday Victorian High Tea (closed Tuesdays). Experience the most entertaining destination in Lake Geneva where Gilded Age living mixes with modern day indulging, creating a fancy-free environment reminiscent of a 1920's house party. This old house. A haunted basement. Halloween weekend. Some plans practically make themselves.

For the early revelers, the Ringmaster Tonight and tomorrow, the bar opens at 4 PM. Dinner from 5PM.
And when the evening calls for a little more mystery, head downstairs to the Boiler Room at 8:30 PM.

The lights are low, and the spirits come by the glass. Mostly. Perfect timing for whatever this spooky weekend has in mind.

We have one guest room and the Owner’s Suite available this weekend at The Baker House. Pack a bag, make dinner plans downstairs, and give yourselves a morning with nowhere you need to be.

Taking the kids trick-or-treating? They get the candy. You get to make plans for brunch, dinner, or a little time at the Ringmaster Bar. Seems only fair!

There must have been something in the air… Laura K. sent over photos of HER coven’s visit to the Baker House, too!

We’ve loved seeing the house full of witches, friends, and a little seasonal mischief. There’s something about this time of year that gives everyone permission to be a little more playful, and we were so happy to host this lovely bunch.

Next year, let’s get all the covens together for one big Witches’ Revel. Imagine the hats. Imagine the magic. We may need a broom valet. 😊

Some days, we look out at the lake from this dear old house and think how lucky we are to be part of someone’s love story.

The rehearsal dinner hugs. The parents trying to get through a toast without crying. That little glance between two people who can hardly believe their wedding day is finally here: those moments mean everything to us.

The Baker House is a special place on it's own, but it’s the people who fill it with love who make it feel most alive. To every couple who has let us be part of their beginning, thank you. We know how much these days matter.

An Evening of Beautiful Deception.

For one night only, The Necromancer takes over The Baker House with an intimate theatrical performance of magic and psychic mystery.

Lake Geneva legends. Baker House lore. The Necromancer weaves both into an intimate evening of magic and psychic mystery, right here in the mansion that inspired some of the stories.

He’s headlined Chicago’s House of Blues and entertained at some of the city’s most exclusive events. Now you can see him here, surrounded by Victorian splendor, in a house that certainly won’t object to a little mystery.

Make an evening of it with dinner, or arrive for the show. Either way, we expect the conversations afterward to be very good.
