Camp Nesher

A summer program that combines an enriched Torah atmosphere with the best recreational programs and facilities in an overnight camp.

Camp Nesher, a modern orthodox Jewish camp for boys and girls entering 3rd through 10th grade, is located in Lake Como, PA - the heart of the beautiful Northeast Pocono Mountains. Our program is varied, including athletics, intercamp games, American Red Cross certified aquatics, boating, music, art, ceramics, drama and much more. A daily Chinuch program and Minyanim take place under the guidance o

f our camp Rabbis and teachers. We encourage our campers' total development by:
• Teaching them to live in a group and function in relation to others.
• Aiding them to become valuable members of the Jewish Community.
• Providing them with an atmosphere that fosters independence.
• Providing them with opportunities for enjoyment and enrichment by increasing their skills in athletic and creative endeavors.
• Serving the emotional, educational, social, religious and recreational needs of an age group, allowing for growth according to individual abilities.
• Serving children from all over the world, Camp Nesher offers the opportunity to be part of an environment full of Ruach and innovative programming.
