A savory bite-sized pancake topped with garlic-infused spinach cream cheese and marinated artichoke hearts.

Salad:
Apple and Plum Salad
Crisp autumn apples and black plums served with candied walnuts and baby spinach, finished with a light Ch*****ne vinaigrette & grilled bread.

Entree:
Wild Mushroom Pork Chops
An 8-ounce pork chop accompanied by roasted shallots and wild mushrooms, finished with Lyonnaise sauce. Served with spaghetti squash, broccolini, and roasted fingerling potatoes.

Ruby Pumpkin Spice Crème Brûlée

Smoked Brisket–Stuffed Red Potatoes
Roasted red potatoes filled with tender smoked brisket and melted cheddar cheese, then finished with a fresh sprinkle of chives.

Black Bean & Corn Salad:
Roasted corn and tender black beans with Bermuda onions and red bell pepper in a smoky chipotle dressing, served over crisp shredded iceberg lettuce and Belgian endive with grilled bread.

Entree:
Carolina Smoked Baby Back Ribs
Slow-hickory-smoked pork loin back ribs, seasoned with a fragrant dry rub of brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic, onion, and ground pepper. Finished with lodge-made Carolina barbecue sauce and served alongside rainbow chard, roasted root vegetables, homemade coleslaw, and cornbread with honey butter.

Ruby Pumpkin Spice Crème Brûlée

Button mushrooms generously filled with savory chorizo and creamy Boursin cheese, then roasted in rich, herb-infused cowboy butter.

Salad:
Plum and Burrata Salad
Spring mix tossed with crisp carrots, bell peppers, Bermuda onion, juicy black plums, burrata mozzarella, finished with a roasted garlic vinaigrette and grilled bread.

Main Course:
Top Sirloin Steak Oscar
A char-grilled 8-ounce top sirloin crowned with sweet blue crab and velvety béarnaise sauce. Served with roasted baby carrots, tender asparagus, and sweet potato medley.

Dessert option, $6/ person:
German Apple Pie with Ice Cream
Warm roasted Granny Smith apples simmered in spiced syrup, layered in flaky pastry, and crowned with a buttery streusel topping. Served with vanilla ice cream and a cloud of whipped cream.

Flatbread Pizza Margherita
Neapolitan pizza with ripe red tomato, fresh mozzarella cheese, and garden basil atop a crispy, stone-baked flatbread.

Salad:
Italian Wedge Salad
Crispy iceberg lettuce with antipasto soppressata, prosciutto, Genoa salami, heirloom tomato, black olive, and Gorgonzola cheese, finished with balsamic vinaigrette and garlic toast.

Main Course:
Pollo alla Parmigiana, or Chicken Parmigiana
A dry-brined chicken cutlet coated in an Italian herb mix, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and crispy breadcrumbs. Smothered in thick pomodoro sauce and baked with a blend of four cheeses, it is served with garden squash, roasted tomato, and polenta.

Grilled Peach and Spinach Salad
Half of a grilled peach served alongside baby bell peppers, red onions, heirloom tomatoes,homemade croutons, on a bed of spinach finished with a drizzle of roasted garlic vinaigrette.

Majestic Crab Rangoon- a creamy blend of cream cheese, blue crab, garlic, and scallions wrapped in a crisp wonton.

Sesame Cucumber Salad- english cucumber, heirloom tomatoes, red onions, and bell peppers dressed in a ginger soy vinaigrette with grilled bread.

General Tso’s Chicken- tempura airline chicken breast coated in a sweet & savory sauce. It is served alongside pineapple jasmine rice and tender baby bokchoy.

BBQ Baby Back Ribs- tender baby back ribs brined with pineapple and plum juice, slow char-grilled until they are fall-off-the-bone tender. The ribs are finished with our signature spicy-sweet barbecue sauce and served alongside grilled corn on the cob, sweet Swiss chard, and creamy au gratin potatoes.
