Each bedroom has TV, Internet, linens, towels, single or queen bed, desk, chairs, dresser. My sister and I purchased this 7,000 sf home in 2007 with the idea we would live in it with our brother, his wife and six children. Our brother and his family, due to unforeseen circumstances, couldn't come, so we had to figure out what to do with this beautiful old house. Of course, God already had a plan.
We tried a B&B for a year, met many wonderful people, but decided it was too much work for two, well, not exactly spring chicks. We now rent our rooms on a monthly basis and have discovered this is an incredibly grace-filled way for single people to live. All who live here are not just renting a room, but become part of a wonderful family who love and care for each other but also respect each others privacy. Most of our housemates have lived here for years, but every once in awhile we have an opening. Even if we don't presently have a room available, give us a call, and we will save your name.
