Hey friends, its that time of year where our snowbirds start leaving the nest. We love our snowbirds and are always so sad when its time for them to go. We wish you all a wonderful summer and we'll see you all again soon!
On another note our sites are starting to open up, so be sure to call and make those summer plans now! Our ¡Mira! festival is April 24th & 25th, lots of vendors, food, and fun at our local downtown plaza! We are so close you can walk, so book your stay with us soon! 🥰

It's been a long hot summer here at Sunny Acres! but with temps finally starting to cool down, we are excited to have our snowbirds returning soon! For those that are with us now and returning in October we will be holding a conceal carry class on October 28th in the clubhouse @ 8 am. It will be an all day class so lunch will be provided. Our max class size is 20, there are 15 spots left so sign up soon! The cost for the class is $100 per person.
