Downtowner Boutique Hotel

Consider this our reintroduction.
The Downtowner has been part of Downtown Vegas for a while but lately, we’ve been having a little fun with the place.
New details. More greenery. More color. More personality.
But the best parts are staying exactly where they belong: the retro bones, the Vegas charm, the courtyard, a flamingo that minds everyone's business and that unmistakable “you could only be Downtown” feeling.
We’re not trying to become something new.
We’re becoming more Downtowner...And yes the Flamingos are judging you.

Not to be dramatic…but The Downtowner is looking GOOD.
A little landscaping.
A little color.
A little mid-century Vegas.
A lot more personality.
Our courtyard remodel is coming together, and this is only part of what we have planned for The Downtowner.
Mini golf. Cocktails. Palm trees. Flamingos. And a boutique hotel just a couple blocks from Fremont Street that’s ready for its comeback.
Have you been Downtowned lately?
