Sun City Summerlin Community Association Sun City Summerlin is a 55+ active resort community organized in the city of Las Vegas, by Del Webb Corporation in 1989.

Burglary Reported on Friday, October 16, 2026

THERE ARE VERY FEW DETAILS ON THIS INCIDENT AT THIS TIME

Burglary Date: Sunday October 11, 2026

Where: In the 3,000 Block of Treesdale

Time: approximately 11:00 pm

Details: (These are ALL of the details we have at this time)

· A home in the 3,000 Block of Treesdale was broken into.

· The homeowners were not home and were away at the time.

· A family member was checking on the home. This caused the delay in the date of the incident and the date in reporting the incident.

· The Executive Office wanted to inform the community as soon as it was reported.

· Items Taken: 1958 Chevrolet Biscayne

· Items Taken: Open drawers in home but nothing specific noted as being removed.

· Metro was immediately contacted.

THE HOMEOWNER HAS ASKED IF A HOMEOWNER HAS A CAMERA ON THEIR HOME IN THE AREA AND HAS FOOTAGE OF THE

1958 CHEVROLET BISCAYNE

BEING DRIVEN THROUGH THE COMMUNITY PLEASE REACH OUT TO THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE WHO WILL CONNECT YOU WITH THE HOMEOWNER.

If you have a break-in at your home, please report it to me with as many details as possible so the members of our community know what is happening, where it is happening and what to look out for.

The treasure hunt begins this Friday. The sales run from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

If you would like to be listed on the Google map with participating addresses, go to the Link Office to complete a Garage Sale Form or call 702.966.1435.
