Here's a look at how the Station Casinos events team executes on their biggest week of the year.

A pre-IMEX kick-off weekend at Green Valley Ranch gave planners a firsthand look at the Henderson resort's offerings throughout the property. Featuring a catered dinner, an afternoon paint-and-sip event, and a neon pajama party, it was the perfect way to kick off IMEX in Las Vegas.

FIRST LOOK: Reaction Videos from our Team Members after receiving $1,000 in RRR stock for every year worked as part of our 50 Year Anniversary.

The award totals over $70 million across the whole company’s 10,000 Team Members.

What started as a celebration of 50 years, quickly became something no one saw coming. We gathered hundreds of Team Members for an impromptu event at Red Rock Casino.

First, seven team members who have been with us since the 1970s were called to the stage and surprised with $1,000 worth of Red Rock Resorts Stock for every year worked.

Then came the surprise for the Team Members from the 1980s that would receive the equity grant.

But the biggest surprise was still ahead.

Our owners announced that every full-time and part-time team member would receive company stock, turning thousands of team members into shareholders and investing more than $70 million directly back into the people who made our success possible.

Because this wasn’t just about looking back on 50 years. It was about recognizing the people who built them and sharing in the next 50 together.
