This National Boss Day, we're proud to celebrate Travis, our General Manager at MySuites!
Since joining the team, Travis has made a tremendous impact on both our hotel and our associates. Through his dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence, he has helped strengthen guest satisfaction, improve reviews, and create a workplace where employees want to stay and grow.
What truly makes Travis stand out is his unwavering support for his team. Whether it's accommodating schedules, lending a helping hand, or simply being there when someone needs him, Travis always goes above and beyond for his associates. He leads by example, working long hours to ensure the hotel runs smoothly while making sure every team member feels valued and supported. He also keeps everyone organized with helpful checklists, guides, and resources that set the team up for success.
If there is one word to describe Travis, it would be organized. His attention to detail and dedication help keep everything running efficiently while keeping everyone on their toes.
Many guests and associates may not know that Travis has been in the hospitality industry since 2011 and became a General Manager for the first time in 2017. His years of experience and passion for hospitality shine through in everything he does.
When he's not at the hotel, Travis enjoys playing video games, collecting LEGO sets, and baking sweet treats for his MySuites team and others. (And if you ask the staff, they'll probably tell you he spoils them a little, too!)
