Dock your boat at the private 70+ foot dock (boat rentals available), swim in your private circular pool, and cook your catch at the spacious Gazebo. Catering provided upon request. 1200 sq.' Come to the Florida Keys and enjoy our gorgeous weather. The Layton House has openings February 23-March 2 and March 17-24. You will enjoy the private 2 1/2 acre estate home with large pool, gazebo, kayaks, over 70’ dockage with fish cleaning station. All amenities! We can arrange fishing trips, paddle boards, jet skis, etc.
