This sweet lady cooked for me every time she came here. She loved sitting on the porch of her favorite cabin and listening to the river. 2 weeks ago her son Tom brought her here. She wasn’t able to sit on the porch and had to be carried in but refused to miss this trip. I went to see her and we talked about her children, her parents, her father in WW ll and how different kids are now a days ❤️. We got a picture together with our river hats on.
Yesterday she traded her earthly body for an eternal one.
