The Coplay Cement Kilns, for some reason, always remind me of something from Monty Python or perhaps a Disney movie, they just feel like they should come alive.

They're an incredible piece of industrial architecture from days gone by and are impressive in their size. Worth the trip if that interests you.

Flash back to 2024; it's been two years since Big King Moose has been to the Wilds, and we're so excited to have them back. It's going to be an amazing day; you could be anywhere, but the party is here.
Gates open at 4; see you then.

Let's start opening day out with a celebration of music and great times. I know we all need one right about now.๐Ÿ˜

What can be said about the show yesterday with Big King Moose. but amazing, I heard this so many times from guests that were at the show, you really need to get this band back here, they were so great!!

Loved the enthusiasm all of you out there pumping your fists in the air and saw quiet a bit of air drumming going on, I mean how could you not!!

Big King Moose has been with us from the beginning for good reason, with the exception of last years season. You won't see them in the area anymore but you can travel to their stomping ground in the Scranton area.

Big King Moose rocks!๐Ÿ˜

It's a spot that is very near and dear to my heart. I spent many hours on many weekends with friends, just taking in all the beauty the area has to offer.

The best part is it's just minutes from our Inn on the Appalachian Trail, and when you're up there soaking in all the wonders of nature, you can see our historic award-winning Inn. ๐Ÿ˜
