Just in time for the Breeders’ Cup! 🏇🏆

After months of hard work, planning, renovations, and countless finishing touches, we are thrilled to announce that Madison Ayres officially opens its doors tomorrow, October 29!

We couldn’t be more excited to welcome our first guests and begin sharing this beautiful historic property in the heart of downtown Lexington. What started as a vision has become a reality, and we are so grateful for everyone who helped bring it to life.

✨ And we’re just getting started!

Right across the street, our sister property, Madison Hall, is undergoing an incredible transformation of its own. We’re bringing new life to this historic space as we create what we hope will become one of Lexington’s premier event venues!

The weather is setting up beautifully for the Ginkgo Galore festival in Wilmore… it’s going to be an amazing day!

This is the perfect week to share a couple of fun iterations of one of the iconic ginkgo trees here in Wilmore, KY in front of Asbury Theological Seminary. I will share one each day leading up to the inaugural GINKGO GALORE Festival! This one is done with acrylic paint. Don't miss the GINKGO GALORE™ Art + Music Festival this Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026 from 8am - 8pm at The Historic Granary Building in Wilmore, KY!
