Maintenance Person — Part-Time
Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our property safe, clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for our guests and staff.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable working independently, and can handle a variety of general maintenance and upkeep tasks.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout guest rooms and property areas.
Complete preventative maintenance to help keep equipment, rooms, and facilities in good working condition.
Perform early-morning lawn care and general cleanup around the property.
Maintain the pool area, including testing water, adjusting chemicals as needed, cleaning, and keeping the surrounding area neat and safe.
Complete painting and touch-up projects as needed to maintain the appearance of the property.
Fabricate or modify parts and components when necessary to support maintenance needs.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following applicable safety procedures.
Assist with other maintenance and property-related tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Dependable and responsible with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable performing a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks.
Able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming property.
Previous maintenance, handyman, facilities, hotel, or related experience is a plus.
