Our oceanfront condo rentals are only steps away from the beach. We manage a collection of these privately owned condos that use to be managed as a motel.

Each unit is decorated to the specifications of its owner; they are extensions of our personalities! The Sea Gypsy in Lincoln City offers oceanfront condos with beach access that can’t be topped by other vacation spots on the Oregon Coast. The motel operations dissolved in 2009. The condos have since been remodeled, all with their own decor and personality, and rented out as private vacation rentals. Our condominiums are located just steps from a sandy beach and the famous D River. You couldn’t get any closer to the beach without getting wet. This is not a pet-friendly property.
