🇺🇸 LABOR DAY WEEKEND AT RED PINE ESTATES! 🇺🇸

Labor Day weekend is here! We hope everyone gets an opportunity to relax, spend time with family and friends, fire up the grill, eat some good food, and enjoy the long weekend. ❤️🤍💙

🔥 IMPORTANT FIRE SAFETY REMINDER

Our area has been extremely dry with very little rain, and we are still under a burn ban. Because of the dry conditions, we are asking everyone to be especially careful this weekend.

🍔 BBQing/grilling is welcome, but please follow these safety precautions:

• Please use a proper grill — no open fires or fire pits.
• Keep grills a safe distance away from RVs, vehicles, buildings, propane tanks, dry grass, trees, and other flammable materials.
• Never leave a grill unattended.
• Keep a water hose, bucket of water, or fire extinguisher nearby while grilling.
• Make sure charcoal and hot coals are completely extinguished and cold before disposing of them.
• Please do not dump hot coals or ashes on the ground or in the trash dumpster.
• Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. 🚭

🔥 With everything being so dry, one small spark can turn into a serious fire very quickly. Please help us protect our residents, RVs, property, animals, and surrounding community.

Other than that… ENJOY YOURSELVES! 😂❤️ Fire up those grills, enjoy some good food, spend time with your neighbors if you like too, and have a safe and relaxing Labor Day weekend!

🚨🚨📍Owning a business has not been easy. They say if you can make it through your first year, you have a great chance of building something successful—and this first year has definitely tested us.

We’ve had so many things happen that have pushed us to the max, but through every challenge, we are still standing, still growing, and still pushing forward.

We want to sincerely thank our residents for keeping us informed when issues come up so we can address them as quickly as possible. Most importantly, thank you for rocking with Red Pine Estates, believing in us, and seeing the vision we’re working hard to bring to our community.

We truly could not have made it this far without y’all. ❤️

There is still so much more we want to accomplish, and we know every day won’t be easy—but we will continue to push through, improve, grow, and serve our community the best way we can.
