We’re adding to the Four Elements crew. 🔥

We’re looking for part-time seasonal Sauna Hosts to help us create the kind of experience Four Elements is all about: warm welcomes, good fires, cold plunges and plenty of fresh air.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role perfect for someone who loves being outside, enjoys connecting with people and doesn’t mind tending a fire along the way.

As a Sauna Host, you’ll help with:

● Lighting + monitoring sauna fires
● Splitting wood
● Cold plunge maintenance + filling buckets
● Light cleaning + keeping spaces guest-ready
● Welcoming + checking in guests
● Answering questions and helping guests understand the thermic cycle

Hours:
Thursday + Friday | 3–9 PM
Saturday + Sunday | 9 AM–3 PM or 3–9 PM

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with availability for two shifts per week.

CPR/AED certification is required, or a willingness to get certified.

Wellness doesn't stop when you leave the sauna, it's part of what you bring home too.

We're partnering with HINDES to bring clean, natural essential oil and skincare products to Four Elements Sauna + Plunge, available for purchase right here in our space. Founder Mo Hynes built the line from years of crafting her own blends, connecting with h**p growers and labs in Colorado to create wellness products rooted in nature and made to actually work.

It's a small detail, but exactly the kind of thing we didn't want to overlook. Real materials, real relationships, and thoughtful pieces from local makers we're proud to have alongside us.

This is your chance to be part of Four Elements Sauna + Plunge from the very beginning, with your Founding Member rate of $444 locked in for as long as you remain a member.
