🚧 ROAD CONSTRUCTION UPDATE FOR OUR MARINA GUESTS🚧

Fraser Township has advised that pavement work is scheduled for **Tuesday, June 16** on **North Linwood Beach Road** near the marina.

At this time, the work is expected to take **one day to complete**. A traffic flagger will be on-site and will allow access through the construction zone for marina and campground guests.

🚤 If you're hauling a boat, camper, or large trailer, please allow a little extra travel time and follow all directions from flagging personnel.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing everyone on the water! 🎣☀️

Join us June 6-7, 2026, as we honor our Veterans with a weekend of fishing, camaraderie, and appreciation on beautiful Saginaw Bay!

🎖️ The Mission: To thank Veterans for their service and sacrifice by providing a memorable day of fishing, fellowship, and community support on Saginaw Bay, with Linwood Beach Marina proudly serving as host marina.

🐟 In 2025, participants shattered records with an incredible 2,011 walleyes caught, supported by over 200 Veterans, 100+ captains, dozens of volunteers, and generous sponsors.

🚤 Please note: Increased marina and launch traffic is expected throughout the event weekend. Please use caution, watch for pedestrians, and allow extra time when arriving or departing.

🚨 Heads up, Linwood Beach Marina family! 🚨

We’re excited to be hosting the Michigan Walleye Tournament here at Linwood Beach Marina & Campground Saturday, May 2 through Sunday, May 3! 🎣

We’ll have around 100 tournament boats coming through, so things will be a bit busier than usual.

What to expect:
• Tournament boats arriving around 5:00 AM
• Tournament launches beginning around 6:00 AM
• Tournament release from outside the channel at 7:00 AM
• Afternoon returns starting at 3:00 PM in flights of ~20 boats every 20 minutes

This launch and return schedule will be the same both days. Tournament boats will be gathering in the shop lot for morning inspections, while regular launch traffic can continue using the main road as usual. Our staff will be on-site to help keep things moving smoothly.

We ask our regular customers to please be mindful of the increased activity, allow a little extra time, and follow any posted directions or staff guidance during the event.

At the same time—this is a great weekend to enjoy the marina! Feel free to stop by, check out the weigh-ins, and enjoy the energy around the marina.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as we host this event.

As the weather starts to warm up and more people are getting out on the water 🌊☀️, please be sure to fish only in the approved areas marked in yellow 🎣

This helps keep everyone safe and respectful of fellow fishermen, docks, and vessels. Red areas are 🚫 no-fishing zones.
