We have two fully furnished 2BR/1.5BH townhouses available on for long or short-term rent. We prefer 12 months lease, but can rent for a month for October-November. One is available now, another one on October 16th.

📌 Long-Term (6+ months): $2,400/month — INCLUDES utilities and Wi-Fi. Deposit: $2,000.
📌 Short-Term: $110/day (minimum 30 days). LANL reimbursement covers 30 days for postdocs and 60 days for regular employees. Deposit: $500. One-time cleaning fee: $150.

The townhouse is conveniently located close to LANL and downtown and has off-street parking directly in front of the unit. It also offers an easy exit to Santa Fe! Most units in the complex are occupied by LANL employees.

🛋 The two large bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs. The living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, and a half bath are downstairs. The living room opens to a fenced, furnished patio. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all cookware you need for cooking a real meal. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. Portable air conditioner and ceiling fans keep home comfortable in summer.

🚗 The townhouse is within a 5-10 minute drive from LANL (3.1 miles to TA-3, NSSB), a 3 minute drive to the Smiths grocery store, a 5 minute drive to the YMCA, a 4 minute drive to the Urgent Care, a 5 minute drive to the Aquatic center with an Olympic sized indoor swimming pool. Within a walking distance you'll find all restaurants and entertainment of downtown, playground, library, tennis courts, museums and trails, local and intercity bus stops.

🏔️ Pajarito Mountain Ski Area (Right Here in Los Alamos!)

As of January 24, 2025, Pajarito boasts a 14" base with powder conditions. Approximately 73% of its trails are open, offering a variety of runs for all skill levels.

🏔️ Taos Ski Valley (About 2 Hours Away)

Currently, Taos has a 25" base with machine-groomed conditions. Around 47% of its trails are open, catering to both advanced and intermediate skiers.

🏔️ Ski Santa Fe (Just Over an Hour Away)

Ski Santa Fe reports a 32" base with machine-made snow. Approximately 92% of its trails are open, providing ample terrain for all levels.

🏔️ Angel Fire Resort (2.5 Hours Away)
