Ella Homes is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help lead our vacation rental and mid-term rental portfolio.

💰 Compensation: Up to $75,000/year
📍 Hybrid in SOCAL
🕒 Full-Time Position

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily operations across multiple rental properties
• Manage and improve team performance, systems, and processes
• Coordinate guest experience, maintenance, cleaning, and vendor relations
• Track KPIs, occupancy, revenue, and operational efficiency
• Help scale and optimize company operations

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years of operations management experience
✅ Hospitality, property management, Airbnb, STR/MTR, or real estate experience REQUIRED
✅ Proven experience managing teams and workflows
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented

Believe or not?? 🚨📜 Your old lease could cost you $15K!

Last winter, one of my Huntington clients walked into my office panicking: "Ella, am I still legal??" Got me worried for him 😩

His DIY lease from 2019 was missing AB 628's working-stove-and-fridge clause — required on every CA lease signed or renewed after Jan 1, 2026!! And worse??
He mailed a paper deposit refund AFTER his tenant paid rent electronically all year.
Accidental AB 414 violation.

His former tenant was already drafting a demand letter — under the law that hits landlords with 2x statutory damages.
So his $5,000 deposit?? Could've turned into $15,000 of exposure plus fees 😱
