It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved farm cat, Mouse (also known as Mouser and Mousey). After spending his early years as a stray, Mouse found his home at Los Poblanos, where he became a well-known and cherished farm cat over the last 12 years. He was an avid hunter and enthusiast of treats, naps and the company of people.

Over the years, he won the hearts of countless guests, staff members and fellow animals on the farm. Mouse is survived by the thousands who loved him, including guests from near and far, the animals of the Los Poblanos farm and the staff who adored him. We want to thank all of our guests for the kindness and love you have shared with Mouse, and all of our animals over the years. https://lospoblanos.com/blog/in-memory-of-mouse-beloved-farm-cat

This week's harvest included some beautiful chard, a nice haul of napa cabbage and a long list of herbs from tarragon and lovage to hoja santa and epazote. We're also seeing the start of stonefruit season with green plums and apricots.

As we transition the hoop house for warmer days, our team has been busy planting tomatoes and installing trellis systems. This year we're letting the parsley, cilantro and mustard greens reseed themselves for maximum efficiency and germination success.

As our daily routines shift with the changing weather, our skincare routines should do the same. The Hacienda Spa’s summer treatments are designed to soothe both body and mind with our favorite seasonal botanical. Try our seasonal summer Lavender & Honey Facial, which pairs calming lavender with local raw honey to deeply nourish, hydrate and restore. Finished with a cooling massage and a soothing aloe mask, it's the perfect way to welcome the season. https://lospoblanos.com/hacienda-spa/treatments-policies
