Last week, Team Travel Source was honored to participate in the 2026 BWH Hotels Partner Forum in Orlando, where Jen Hamilton and Kristi Ferrulle joined the Sports Advisory Panel alongside industry partners to discuss client needs, strengthen collaboration between housing providers, event organizers and hotels, and explore new opportunities across the sports-travel landscape.

The forum also provided valuable one-on-one conversations with hoteliers from across the U.S. and around the world, helping build relationships that create even more opportunities for our clients and partners.

Our TTS Crew had an amazing time in Orlando last week attending the Annual USAV RVAA Meetings and connecting with our incredible partners and hotel friends!🏐

We hosted a special dinner for our USA Volleyball team, led a hotel pre-con in preparation for the biggest Adult Open Championship yet, and wrapped up the RVAA Meetings with a fun (and delicious!) happy hour—every moment was one to remember.

We even closed out the trip with dinner and drinks paired with an epic park light show 🎆

Grateful for the time spent celebrating and strengthening relationships with such an amazing group, and we can’t wait to do it all again soon!
