We will be posting on here about updates at Tiny Texas Houses.

For Sale: 20,000 building w/5 acres of IH10 frontage. Putting a dream to bed to pass away.
Yes, it appears like this road will come to an end soon. I will put to bed after searching for the protege or others who want to grow Tiny Texas House communities.

For Sale: the land and building that houses the Tiny Texas Houses operations. I have tried my best, taking over a dozen years to nurture the concepts. With the end of my role in the arena of tiny housing manufacturing, I will offer the chance for someone else who may well be a better businessman than I was, as that is no longer on my list of things I want to do in life. Running a business is a demanding life and can pay well. Still, at 69, I have had my fill of running companies, having employees, and paying outrageous taxes for the privilege of having workers. I liked helping Americans overcome the housing crisis. It appears like the runaway train will not have anyone on the tracks to warn others or to slow the train down before it goes entirely off the tracks soon. Housing in America will reach crisis levels fast as the economy crumbles further due to the massive layoffs and industrial decline in progress.

The war-machine industry may be booming, but all others are suffering dearly and will soon lead to an economic depression unlike any in history, yet business will continue. The time to grow a business is historically during a recession or depression. I am not at the point in my life where I wish to do that again. I was pretty successful in my past businesses. Now I want to write my books to help others create intentional villages from salvage, to perpetuate the idea of healthy tiny houses for an alternative to the big sh*trock monstrosities that fill subdivisions by the millions now at prices few can afford without enslaving themselves for a few decades to jobs they do not like. I will be selling off massive inventories if no one chooses to purchase the building with the potential to regrow the business now as I have no intention of cranking up a business with employees, taxes, and the many headaches of entrepreneurship anymore.

Do You want to become a part-time Texan? Establish residency in a NO-income-tax state inexpensively.
I have a plan to form a tiny global community experiment to see if Wii can build an example of how an intentional sustainable model for living could be created and flourish.

TINY TEXAS HOUSES NEWSLETTER

Yes, you could own a piece of Texas, get the benefits of being a resident, and travel the world to serve humanity. Wii, the many “I" s in the world that see a new age dawning that could transform the deserts into food jungles and alter our planet's development in ways few understand are possible. Technology has found that many methods of agriculture and survival used in the past are more efficient than many of the techniques used today. Farmland is a limited portion of the surface of the world. Still, through age-old techniques, people have created food that machinery could not reach without commercial fertilizers, and these methods are just now being understood. As people learn more about the reasons for declining health due to diets and the lack of exercise, there is an awakening by some to the evidence showing healthy living will lead to longevity, but most importantly, with a well-functioning brain and body for 90 years of life or more. In some countries, people live to be over 100 and do not follow doctors' guidelines. In the USA, it's not even close.

This is due to the proof that exists predominantly outside the USA and the many other ways of seeing how the world can work when viewed from the natural and organic perspective rather than the industrialized food production systems that have taken over so many farms. The use of chemicals to kill bugs, molds, fungi, and then fertilize to maximize size, not quality of protein, sugars, and fibers that would make the food healthier, but for the sole purpose of getting more bulk material to sell with no genuine concern for the consequences of all the chemicals put on the food products to make them. When ingested, these chemicals become part of the human body and lead to breakdowns in the various systems, endocrine and digestive, and thus impact long-term health, especially when fed to babies developing their organs and brain using toxic foods. This has to come to an end in America. We use so many chemicals in our foods here that are not allowed in other countries because they are considered carcinogenic and toxic to the liver, kidneys, and heart. Still, in America, corporations have successfully stopped the same restrictions against poisoning the people in our country without any apparent liability or protection by the government.

As a consequence, I believe that there will be intentional communities that develop based on being able to share some of the common resources so as not to have so much waste but also to create a bond between the members who live there based on some common factors like diet to be healthy so as not to age and be a drag on the community out of laziness. Being motivated to stay youthful and doing lots of cool things each day helps extend our functional and happiest times in life, as well as not being bored, lonely, and getting weaker by the day due to a lack of activity. Why not get out to the daily yoga or workout session with the others doing all they can to stay as youthful, agile, and fit as possible?

So the idea is to have a community where up to 40 people, couples and singles, even small families, could own their homes, share the land, and have a community that is small and efficiently planned to minimize the cost of living here, reap the benefits of Texas income tax rules. However, there would be property tax and other minor expenses; the community could share the electric and healthy water costs and have a giant facility to create and build things to sell, use, and promote for others to develop and perpetuate the Pure Salvage Outposts I want to set up to feed the materials to them and create other sites, tiny intentional communities that could become self-sufficient and enable people to save paying state taxes, travel from a home base that would be safely taken care of while gone for a month or two, and have people who care about your pets, home, and gardens while you are gone.

Fifteen acres can have home spaces amidst the trees and ponds. We will spread the houses around to keep privacy so that people who want to live here can create and have a tiny home built here. This will not be a McMansion Development but a minor jewelry box-grade house that is unique, not a cookie-cutter collection of repeats. You, as an investor, would have the opportunity to create a great retreat to use for tax write-offs and later to gift to your children without tax ramifications so long as we can keep the portable building status on the structures that make them exempt from many present tax laws, including paying 15% BnB tax when used for overnight rentals.

There are many advantages to having a winter home in Texas, mainly if you can use that time to establish that you are a TEXAN. Around the world, most people know the State of Texas for our John Wayne movies and our reputation for being a land of the Free, of people who believe in God, country, family, honor, Patriotism, and Truth.

Why not become a part of the 8th largest economy in the world? We would also have the eighth biggest economy in the world if we were a country separated after seceding from the nation. We may not need to now, but the other states are a drain on you, tax-wise, and their spending will lead to Texas becoming an independent nation one day if the feds can't stop spending our future, making the politicians rich through insider trading, thus making decisions that benefit them most.

Own a tiny home that is enough to evade taxes in other states, which can be up to 15% of your income or, in California, your net worth each year. Insanity rules some states. There is no doubt the favorable tax environment is why so many, including Elon Musk, are now choosing Texas as a home. If you want to, I am preparing to offer about forty people the chance, less if we can do it with good people who will decide who else moves in later. Each person will have the opportunity to build a home, control an area, like your yard, and share the rest of the land, ponds, and the resources that will be available by having a giant workshop with materials for the artists to create, for the carpenters to manifest the things that will help produce an income for many who will live here. There will be opportunities to sell stuff, create things to market, and, for some of us, the chance to travel, do speaking tours on how to recreate this and sell the materials for other intentional communities to grow.

Are you one of the potential investors, possible residents who will be able to come and help continue the development of Salvage, Texas, to prove what we can do on a tiny scale and perhaps then repeat, with each new Outpost teaching all of us in the more extensive community of natural builders, organically intended groups of people working together to create a local paradise to live in. I believe this is possible and have spent millions preparing for this social experiment. It is with great hope that I unveil the final phase of this dream manifesting, inviting a small group of others to join by investing some money, time, and energy into creating an example where others can come, stay, see, learn, and leave to expand the Pure Salvage Living ethos further into our society.

Once upon a time, it was second nature to reuse, repurpose, preserve, and conserve in America. There was a sense of pride in manufacturing, citizenship, and community. The politics have let bad leaders shred the ethics and morals that made America great and nearly lost the future of America to leaders who did not believe in a God, as was demon-strated on the podium in this election cycle. Luckily, the Devil did not win the peoplepeople'ss with the decoys, lies, and false accusations this time. I do believe Wii, all of the people who believe in freedom, God, and a new age coming where the evil leaders will be charged, convicted, and eliminated from ever having power or undeserved stolen wealth from cheating.

We must create a new society in many ways, unlike the corrupted old system, which Wii, united in purpose and intent, can save from destruction and rebuild. Please help promote solutions like this, intentional communities that will allow us to get back on track with raising healthy children, not vax-damaged, unhealthy, addicted to PHARMA through Oxympic and other drugs rather than teaching them to be healthy with physical fitness programs, diet education, and other means of educating the people to the importance of a good diet and exercise. The big corporations are fighting this and want sodas, candy, and junk food in the schools for kids who are young and susceptible to getting addicted to the chemicals known to do so that are in most of the foods they eat.

While I can not solve all the problems of the world, I can create a space where the inhabitants can exemplify what is possible for staying healthy into our 80s and contributing to our community food banks while enjoying the benefits of grounding and gardening, taking care of chickens, and other benefits of living in a country like environment. Trees, ponds, fish, beavers, otters, birds, and all sorts of other critters, unlike a modern sterile subdivision with Neighborhood association self-appointed rule keepers. Who wants them knocking on your door to tell you to move your garbage cans in or be fined? This life is intended to give a few dozen people and investors a chance to buy in for $40,000-$50,000 and have the land to plant a house on, the common grounds to share and enjoy, like living in a park, and the opportunity to build a future around salvage. Create dog houses, playhouses, and tiny houses for others to come and share in the BnB to see if we can teach others what is possible without imports, toxic materials, and developments that honor the wildlife, let us have critters, horses, and know Wii, all of us who share and make up the community can trust the others that share it instead of not even see the neighbor’s nam’s.

Are you interested in becoming a part of this social experiment? Investors will have an opportunity to cash out their interests in two years at a pre-arranged generous profit on this first round to find the right investors to grow an embassy for others to see where salvage mining, building, and creation prove what I believe that we can build healthy sustainable houses without cutting down trees, creating new glass, hardware, sinks, and more that saves more energy before you move in than you will use to heat and cool the house in Texas for 20 years. No one else builds houses that take so little effort, are healthy, sustainable, toxin-free, and have energy efficiency once built. They are also designed to self-cool through ventilation, allowing fresh air to breathe while still being energy efficient. Why not live in a Gingerbread Jewelry Box house instead of a Sh*trock-filled subdivision with only one entry into a maze of look-alike houses?

For more information about investing, even living in Salvage, Texas full time, or just owning a piece of what will become an icon for the Salvage Building industry that is increasing as the costs for new materials, inferior as they are, are rising daily. Why not look at this dynamic career that will let you help out your community and become a tiny housing star in a world where few produce healthy, safe products to raise a family these days? Please help make a difference in the world by investing a bit of your wealth into creating solutions for many others possible, more accessible to see, and maybe even tour the nation helping others repeat what I believe will be a great example and launching point for this great industry I have spent the last twenty years promoting and building the examples that prove this is a great way to make a living and do beautiful things for your community locally at the same time. Be a mentor and sponsor people by having them stay at your house when you have built one for your Texas visits. You may own a home in Salvage, Texas, for a lifetime or take it away one day to your own lands. If you have the kids you want to see learn, come to take classes and then return to build houses for the elderly and young who do not like big homes and yards to maintain but do not want to live in apartment complexes the size of mall towns.

Contact me at [email protected] for more information about seriously investing and being a part of the land, owning a part of the inventory, and dreams that you could help form into villages for like-minded people worldwide. I am seeking mentors, investors, and educators to help manifest the next stage of my dream as I hit my 70s and begin the final phase of this lifelong project. I plan to write and travel to tell others of what is possible and proven, and those who join me in this adventure will have plenty to keep them busy and have fun if that is what they want to do with the best part of life, the one you are living now.

Ready to take a chance on helping make the world a better place? If you change your mind, do you want to invest with a sure buyout at more than you buy in within two years? This is an opportunity to create a home that no one else can match, not to mention you will have the chance to sell your position, guaranteed to recoup your investment with 3x profits in the form of windows, incredible doors, hardware, lumber, and what it takes to build whatever you wish, large or tiny. If you decide to sell out your undivided interest, Wii, the community will be sure to help make this a partnership for the future that the whole world can benefit from when Wii provides this “Proof” of Concept” for “he PSO Co-ops. It is part of the package of ideas to create solutions locally that I can help with from a distance in many ways. After that, supply the parts, knowledge, plans, and impetus to get this Pure Salvage Living Renaissance moving up to its next level. Wii can make a difference in the housing market through organic, sustainable means.

Please help me get the word out and find the 20-40 investors/partners who want to own a part of a phenomenon in the making and a ground-floor opportunity to also make a million or two before you die. This will be a financial flight vehicle that will enable a few to become rich, others to become happy, and all to learn about the benefits of building with salvage.

A couple of decades ago, I bought some land I did not know had been abandoned by a foundry so they would not have to clean it up. EPA had come to say the problem was natural for the heavy metals and pollution washed off to spread and stay in the San Marcos River just a quarter mile away. I saved the land and blocked the path of pollution that would taint the river till it got to Gonzales to be taken out and drank. I also wanted to stop the leaching of the many acres they left without telling me, who bought much later, anything.

Many styles and sizes are concepts that will open many minds to what is possible when you want more tiny houses all around. When I rehabbed them, they had been neglected, were boarded up, and considered the bad inner city of Austin. They averaged about 650 sq. ft., and the houses came on the trains as packages sent to Texas as catalog orders for hundreds of dollars. Many were Montgomery Wards or the Sears catalog homes popular in the late 1800-1940 periods long ago. They were not much bigger than the Tiny Houses I watched grow from the parts and pieces of beautiful old houses. Why waste the beauty of the past, the porch posts, stained glass, and the things that last? Look at the energy savings with sinks, tubs, and hardware for examples of what could be saved each day as the old houses are taken down instead of throwing the parts away. Look at these for examples of past luxuries of massive low-cost resources and coal to smelt metal and create hardware, glass, or metal.

Many of my examples won Best Tiny Houses in America awards with their examples of windows, doors, and hardware that can spice up a tiny or big house without firing up a furnace to make handblown glass windows. The older glass is thicker than the new and energy efficient if you do a few things to make it better than the modern glass that fogs up in ten years and that most will use. I can teach from great distances thanks to computers, even Zoom in some cases, to answer questions and help where it is needed without traveling there. I plan to establish Pure Salvage Outposts (PSO) Co-ops whenever I can find and inspire the locals to set up shop and support them while they start.

In honor of my son, who wrote the music for my poem, “The Song of Salvage,” and left it as his last gift to me when he left at 21 to travel and explore the world with his guitar. I never got to create the video for his music until after he was gone, and I hope you will listen to what he created alone with the amateur equipment so that his song is forever sung.

This plan I have can get ten houses worth of parts to build if we then find ways to ship in the phases that will let you get them built. I am set to convert the assets that I have mothballed away after my son's passing in Paris, France, 13 years ago. What was to be inherited will be one of his legacies, a dream I hated to see go. I have realized the next part has come: to dissolve my dreams as I go into my 70s and realize the dreams that will not come to fruition in my lifetime. There may be many, so it goes. What was once his legacy can help many more if this idea can grow. I need help and can not fund this alone, but if we get the proper people, I can sell off much to fund more for many in his generation.

I want to get these materials out as a proper steward should. I have taken over for other oldsters and committed these materials for good. I need some help, though I hate to ask, but for others, I must do this simple task of offering the solutions I can provide to the others who are called to help, to do what Wii were meant to do. Join together with a Unity that gives power to the community. A Co-op going locally can pay for others to learn and see what can be done with the supplies you will see awaiting salvage miners to become the parts you will need to keep growing the Co-op to help bring the skills and kids to work.
