🦌 HUNTING SEASON MAY BE SLOWING DOWN, BUT WE’RE STILL HERE! 🦌

As hunting season starts to wind down, we’re adjusting to by-appointment availability so we can continue taking care of our hunters!

📅 Available 7 Days a Week
⏰ 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM by appointment

🌙 Need to drop off after hours?

We know hunting doesn’t always happen on a schedule! If you need to drop off your game after 7:00 PM or before 8:00 AM, we can accommodate that too. An additional after-hours fee will apply.

📞 Just give us a call to arrange your drop-off!

Whether you’re filling that last tag or just getting out for one more hunt, we’re still here to help!

We have some amazing people here in Niobrara County!

Every hunting season, we’re reminded how fortunate we are to welcome hunters who travel from near and far to experience what our little part of Wyoming has to offer.

Their decision to come to Lusk makes a tremendous difference in our community. Every meal purchased, motel room booked, tank of fuel filled, and dollar spent at a local business helps support the families and livelihoods that keep our small town going.

We’re equally grateful for the landowners who care for this beautiful country and the local folks whose hospitality turns a hunting trip into a friendship that lasts for years and sometimes generations.

We love a collaborative, especially when it highlights the services our beautiful, small but mighty, community has to offer. Lusk Game Processing, LLC is also in a pretty dang convenient location to the campground guests.

Hunters coming to Lusk this season, we’ve got your days AND your nights covered. 😉🦌

Spend the day chasing that big beautiful Wyoming buck, then head back to BJ’s Campground for a place to park, relax, and swap stories about just how far that shot really was.

And when you fill that tag? Bring your harvest over to us.

BJ’s at night. Hunting during the day. Lusk Game Processing when you get it done.

Sounds like a pretty solid hunting trip to us. 😂

Always worth the stop while you're in Lusk. You've got a few more days to visit this year and then you wait....

One of the best places to explore Niobrara is the Stagecoach Museum but you're running out of time for 2026. The Museum will close for the season this Friday, October 2nd at 4:30 until May of 2027. Please make plans to visit if it is on your to-do list!

Hunting season is almost here! Office Dog #2 is out scouting for you. 😂

👀 We've got some cool stuff happening in the neighborhood 🦖

A remarkably preserved T. rex nicknamed “Rex Junior” could reveal new clues about what the famous dinosaur actually looked like.

We are looking forward to welcoming our hunters this fall. Lusk is going to take great care of you while you're here and can take care of you after your animal is harvested, too! We are small, but we are mighty!

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO #1 🦌

Once the shot is made, the clock starts.

Getting your harvest field dressed, kept clean, and cooled down as quickly as possible can make a big difference in the quality of the meat that eventually ends up in your freezer.

A successful hunt is a lot of work. Take care of that harvest in the field, and we’ll take care of it when it gets to us.

Get it cool. Keep it clean. Get it to the locker.
