This 5th Wheel is in excellent condition! It has five slide outs and a full-size kitchen in the front. This camping home is located in the Feather River RV park in Portola California and sits on a year-round spot. It also includes a bunkhouse for additional sleeping space . After a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend, we can't wait to spend summer with you all. Don't forget to tell your friends and family about our dry spots, there is still room for 4th of July weekend!

Joe and I would like to Thank everyone for a great 2024 season.

Just a few reminders the weather is turning quickly this year we have had frost. The contracts are due November 1. With the deposit to hold the spot. If you are storing your trailer that payment is due December 1.
