We had such a fun-filled week celebrating our small but mighty housekeeping team and the many cultures that make our team so special. From delicious food and cultural traditions to games, laughter, and plenty of good times together, this week was all about celebrating the incredible people behind the scenes who help our guests feel right at home.

We are so grateful for each and every one of our housekeeping team members and all that you do each day. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the heart you bring to our hotel!

Here’s to our amazing team - ¡muchas gracias!

Day 4 of International Housekeeping Week!

Today we celebrated the beautiful cultures of Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras, represented by some wonderful members of our team: Hotel Manager Jose, Housekeeping Supervisor Gloria, and Housekeepers Ema and Reina!

We kept the celebration lively with three rounds of Lotería and fueled the fun with some local favorite Ian's Pizza Madison! We’re loving the opportunity to celebrate the cultures, traditions, and people who make our hotel team so special. Looking forward to our last day tomorrow and celebrating our melting pot!

Housekeeping Week continues with our next country: Colombia!

We started the day with a delicious waffle breakfast and then put our skills to the test with RANA, a traditional Colombian ring toss game! The competition was intense and our tie-breaker took three tries to finally crown a winner!

A special shoutout to Catalina, our Housekeeping Manager, and Melissa, who are both proudly from Colombia. We loved celebrating their culture, traditions, and the people who make our Fairfield team so special.

Celebrating International Housekeeping Week: World Tour Edition!

Each day this week, we're celebrating the incredible diversity that makes our Fairfield team so special. With folks representing 7 different countries, we're taking a journey around the world and highlighting the unique cultures, traditions, and stories that each person brings to our workplace.

Yesterday, we celebrated Abdul, who shared his roots and culture from Afghanistan. Today, we're recognizing Brian, who proudly represents Nicaragua.

Our team is stronger because of the diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds that each individual contributes every day. International Housekeeping Week is a wonderful reminder that hospitality goes beyond providing exceptional guest experiences. It is also about creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and celebrated.

Stay tuned for more celebrations, games and good times!

Twenty-five years after September 11, 2001, we remember the lives taken, the extraordinary courage shown and the sacrifices our nation will never forget.

Today, Fairfield Inn Madison South joins our community and country in honoring those we lost that day and those we have lost in the years since. We remember the bravery of first responders, recovery workers, volunteers and all who reached out to help amid unimaginable tragedy.

Our thoughts remain with the survivors living with the lasting effects and the families forever changed. May our remembrance be reflected in the kindness, compassion and service we offer one another.

Twenty-five years later, their memory endures. We remember. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
